Hotel Klein Matterhorn - Randa

The Klein Matterhorn Hotel impressed me with its very nice hospitality. The manager, Marco, went out of his way to make sure I felt welcome. When I arrived, he offered assistance with transportation to my room and provided local tips. The Budget Double Room was comfortable, with a spacious layout and fine views of the mountains right from my window. I loved starting my mornings with breakfast, where the selection was fresh and plentiful. The proximity to the train station was a major plus, with access to Zermatt in just 15 minutes. The Wi-Fi connection had some inconsistencies, so I struggled to stay connected at times. It would be great if they could enhance the Wi-Fi service .

No complaints, thank you very much for a very very good stay. The units are cosy, outstanding. The staff is very informative, and the owner too. The nice onsite bar serves complementary drinks.

Simple hotel & fairly clean, its location is nice even in front of the train stop. The staff has always been excellent and attentive. It has a lot of meals to offer, the food is fab. Thank you for a really good stay...

straightforward hotel with excellent views of the mountains in an excellent location. location close to the center and the train station and tourist information center and the rest of the region. also, close to the train line.

Our host Marco exceeded expectations, transforming our dining experience into an lovely evening with live music requests. Catching the train to Zermatt was a breeze, making our ski trip so much easier.

The owner is very kind and hospitality. He offers us coffee as welcome drink. He tries his best to help us. The hotel is just by the railway sation of Randa. Compared with the hotel in Zermatt is the hotel in good value. The bathroom is large and clean.

The owner is lack of experience. It can not be said that the room is beautiful. But the owner has tried his best.

The fully equipped kitchen in our Two-Bedroom Apartment made self-catering easy, great to enjoy meals with a fine mountain view.

The WiFi connection was noticeably weak , difficult to stay connected when planning our next adventures.

I was disappointed with the lack of basic amenities. The WiFi connection was weak. The hotel felt cluttered and unkempt, off-putting for a place that charges premium prices.

All the staff gave us a warm welcome, and during our three-day stay were as accommodating as possible - even when we requested to have our room changed to a lower floor. The owner even gave us a "welcome drink" and apologized for not being there when we checked in. He offered to help us with the automated train tickets since this was going to be our first experience with the German train system .The train stop was just around the corner. The food, served in a casual setting, was very good, especially the "cheese-fundue." We were treated like family.

A small mountain hotel, very comfortable and conveniently located close to Zermatt. Ideal for hikers on the Europaweg between Grachen and Zermatt. The staff is extremely polite, the rooms are clean and well furnished, food is excellent, and the room rates represent an additional added value. I highly recommend the Alpenblick hotel in Randa.
